The Cornerstone is a 10-storey office building that was vacant for nearly a decade and is being converted into a 112-unit residential building. Units will be 2-3 bedrooms to serve larger families and 40% of the units will provide affordable housing options for Calgarians.

The Cornerstone is a 10-storey office building that was vacant for nearly a decade and is being converted into a 112-unit residential building. The second floor will be a co-working space for independent beauty businesses.

    This is a unique opportunity to get an inside look at an office conversion in Calgary. Please note that attendees will be required to come on this tour with steel toed boots, a hard hat, and safety glasses.

    The Q&A and social hosted by Astra Properties Group will take place in the Conference Centre at Place 800 (2 blocks away from the Cornerstone).
